Primary Activities have a direct relationship to the scope of practice of reflexology therapy. CEUs are calculated at 1 CEU for every 1 hour involved in the activity unless otherwise determined by the board.

Attend a Annual General Meeting or General Meeting
We host an AGM once a year and GM once a year.
Attending an Association AGM or GM for the half day, in person or via zoom, gives you 3 CEUs.
When you attend the workshop portion in person, you receive an additional 3 CEUs.
First Aid/CPR Training
As a Registered Reflexologist, you are required to keep your first aid and CPR up to date.
Be sure to keep record of when you renew your first aid and CPR. Each hour of first air/CPR courses will give you 1 CEU. (1 hour=1 CEU)
Submit an article for publication in the Association newsletter/blog
Write an article related to our scope of practice.
Write an article, directly related to our scope of practice with less than 500 words = 1 CEU; articles more than 500 words = 2 CEUs.
Provide complimentary Reflexology services for an organization
Connect with your local senior center, children center or find an organization that you feel connected with!
When you volunteer your time, providing reflexology sessions to your community you may receive 1 CEU per 1 hour of volunteer time. Maximum 5 CEUs per year.
Represent Reflexology Therapy at community events such as trade shows, demonstrations and public presentations
Set up a table, bring along education and offer sessions to the public either free or for a set fee.
1 hour = 1 CEU, maximum 5 CEUs per year.
