This 4-hour advanced workshop is designed for reflexology therapists who want to deepen their skills and add a new dimension of warmth, relaxation, and comfort to their sessions.

You’ll spend the weekend in a large, 8-bedroom farmhouse in Coldbrook, Nova Scotia (16 beds total) — a spacious, retreat-style setting that supports both focused learning and meaningful connection with fellow practitioners.

This training is offered exclusively to ACART members and falls clearly within the scope of reflexology, meaning you can safely begin incorporating these techniques into your practice immediately after completion.

This 4-hour advanced workshop is designed for reflexology therapists who want to deepen their skills and add a new dimension of warmth, relaxation, and comfort to their sessions.

You’ll spend the day in a large, 8-bedroom farmhouse in Coldbrook, Nova Scotia (16 beds total) - a spacious, retreat-style setting that supports both focused learning and meaningful connection with fellow practitioners.

During Hot Stone Massage: Foot and Leg – an Advanced Workshop for Reflexology Therapists, you will:
  • Explore hot stone theory and how it applies specifically to reflexology.
  • Learn safety best practices to protect your clients, yourself, and your tools.
  • Watch a demonstration of foot and leg hot stone techniques.
  • Practice step-by-step routines in class with guided feedback.
  • Learn a relaxation sequence using the stones that can be added to, or used in place of, your finishing massage.

You’ll leave with a clear set of techniques and a routine that enriches your reflexology sessions with gentle heat and deeper relaxation.


Note: This course focuses on foot and leg hot stone work within reflexology. Full body hot stone massage is a separate training (soon to be offered by the Atlantic School of Reflexology) and requires a practicum for full certification.

We will also provide a link for a hot stone kit for those who wish to invest in their own stones. Members who choose to do so can order in advance and receive guidance using their own kit during class.
