Is this really only 5 questions?
Yes. We deliberately capped it at five. If we can't learn what matters in five focused questions, we don't deserve your time. Most members finish in under two minutes.
Are my answers anonymous?
Your individual responses stay confidential with the board. When we share results back with members, we report themes and patterns — never anything that identifies you personally.
What if my biggest challenge isn't reflexology-specific?
Perfect — tell us anyway. Business challenges, insurance questions, client acquisition, burnout, isolation... all of it is fair game. If it's affecting your practice, it's affecting the profession.
Will you actually do something with my answers?
Yes. That's the whole point. Everything we build going forward should trace back to your answers. If we can't tie a training session, event, or initiative to what members told us, we shouldn't be doing it.
